  • Transmit malware, spam, or any content that infringes third-party rights
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce our systems without written permission

4. Your data

Your property, booking, and guest data belongs to you. We process it to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to store any personal data you input, including guest information, and for complying with applicable data protection law (including UK GDPR).

LetPilot is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before charging. Prices will be shown clearly before you are asked to pay. You may cancel at any time.

6. Third-party integrations

The service connects to third-party platforms (Stripe, Airbnb, Booking.com, Xero, Twilio, and others). Your use of those integrations is governed by the respective third party’s terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep LetPilot available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not make material changes to these Terms without notifying you by email.

8. Intellectual property

LetPilot and its software, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain all rights to the data and content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to operate the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages, or for losses caused by third-party services, channel API changes, or events outside our control.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted, unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
